TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES


In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean Enoch Danquah Nyarko or any agent/employee of Faithful Spirit Fotography. “The client(s)” shall be those booking in person. It is agreed

that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless by both parties in writing.



Disclaimer: This policy is subject to change at any time. This policy applies to all cancellations and rescheduling (re-booking) of event/occasion photography and/or videography, unless prior arrangements have been made with Faithful Spirit Fotography; however, if you reschedule again, this policy applies.



BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

In order to guarantee the booking, clients must pay a retainer fee (50% of the total cost of package) at the time of contract signing. This serves as a guarantee that Faithful Spirit Fotography will be covering your

event/occasion on the agreed date. The remaining 50% of the booking is due two weeks (14days) before the event/occasion date.



RESCHEDULING OF THE EVENT DATE

If for whatever reason your event/occasion date needs to be rescheduled, we will do everything in our power to work with your new date at no extra cost. However, if your new date conflicts with the date already booked for other clients of Faithful Spirit Fotography, we may have to reschedule to a later date that does not conflict with any booked date because we work on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are unable to re-book your event/occasion due to conflict the retainer fee is non-refundable.



CANCELLATION

The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving a written notice to the photographer/s but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. All cancellations must be in writing (E-mails preferably and not whatsApp). If you decide to cancel services with Faithful Spirit Fotography for whatever reason, our photography retainer fee of 50% is non-refundable. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the

event/occasion date will result in the payment of the full package cost to Faithful Spirit Fotography. Once the booking is paid in full (i.e. 14 days prior to the event/occasion) if the event/occasion is canceled for whatever reason, a refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be at the discretion of Faithful Spirit Fotography. This means that Faithful Spirit Fotography may credit 50% of the full payment towards your new date for up to 3months only and there after, client shall forfeit the 50%payment.



LICENCE

The photographers judgment regarding the locations/poses and number of images shall be deemed correct. Subject to weather conditions and the willingness of the subjects (client) and the fact that it is a “live” event/occasion it may not be possible to capture all the images /poses requested.
